Claims Management

Legis Synergy's Claims Management system is fully integrated with our online Portal, which is updated in real time. Claims can be created by extracting data from Claim forms uploaded from the Portal.

  • Cloud/Hosted Environment

    Legis is provided in a cloud/hosted environment, reducing your initial outlay considerably. You can either access Legis from any PC with an Internet connection, or choose a secure connection via dedicated IP addresses.

  • Secure Online Client Portal

    Our secure Online Client Portal can be accessed from any PC with an Internet connection and provides real-time information to Introducers, Agents and Solicitors on the progress of their claims. Claims can be added, updated, or uploaded from a Claim Form. Documents can be uploaded directly to a claim. Claim notes can also be added at any time. Key Dates provide a snapshot of the status of the claim.

  • Claim Types

    Claim types include Holiday, RTA (PI and non PI), Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Clinical Negligence.

  • Email

    All parties can be automatically updated via email when there are any key changes to a claim. Incoming emails are intellegently routed and attached to the correct claim, without any manual intervention.

  • Document Signing

    Legis is integrated with Document Signing applications, such as Adobe Sign and Omnisign. Documents can be sent, tracked for signature and returned automatically and attached to the claim.
